Racism

You can’t deny that in our community, racism is still a hot issue. Why? I can tell you. I can’t get into peoples head. I can’t feel why they feel hate for people from a other race.  It’s still here, but less as before.

 

This is a perfect song that “explains” the hate in our community. Where is the love? People are getting colder, we only think of making money and we are guided by our selfishness. 
There is one line in the lyrics that explain the weirdness or the tought behind the hole thing of racism. I like the sentence because it captures the truth in only a few words.
These days people only think about their career and how they can get better, becoming the best and have a good life. It doesn't matter what they have to do for it.

Sometimes I catch myself on doing that. It’s not that bad, if you don’t overdo it.

'But if you only have love for your own race
Then you only leave space to discriminate'

I think this speaks for itself. When I read it, it's just the way it is. But you can decide for yourself.

Isn’t it crazy that you can’t get a cap because your skin doesn’t have the right colour?   

I think it’s crazy! Imagine: You can’t get a cap because you have blue eyes, You can’t get a cap because your hear is red...

I can’t imagine that these things could happen. It’s just weird and unthinkable.

What to do if you’re crazy about the Queen?

What to do if you are that person that follows the news about the Queen, knows everything about her, and her family. But there are always things that are hidden. So there is only one way to get to know them. Go on vacation to England and visit the palace of the Queen.

The palace of the queen is forbidden property, you can probably never set a foot on it, unless you have a lot of luck. But why waiting for a little bit of luck if you can do it or maybe try it yourself. And see things big; why just the palace, that’s not interesting at all! Go check out the bedroom of the Queen herself. You can never come into the bedroom of the Queen. Not even in your sweetest dreams. It’s like there is a spell on the room. You can’t think about it or talk about it: How would it be if I were in the bedroom of Queen Elizabeth? You would see all the naughty things she is doing and what she does in her sleep, but how do you do that?

At first you can always try to get to know one of the children of the Queen and marry one of them, but that’s not always so simple.

So you can try two more things. The first thing you could do is: take ninja lessons so you can just jump over the gates and climb on the walls of the palace, so you can just jump into the bedroom of the queen. Of course you have to find somebody who will give you a plan of the palace so you don’t get into the wrong bedroom. But that are details. Something really important and something you really can’t forget is that you have to do wear a camouflage suit. It has to be in the colour of firebrick red, because that’s the colour of the Queen her curtains. Maybe you could get on the backside of the suit a pattern of white painted tiles with a red line through the middle. Because that’s how the walls there look like. But you can always use an invisibility cloak (if you can find one). I would recommend the invisibility cloak because you can do everything you want to in the bedroom, without any shame.

But if you aren’t really ‘the adventure type’ and you aren’t that good in ninja moves you can always use the alternative. The second thing you can do is: go on acting lessons.
Get into the skin of a real royal woman or men. Get the perfect accent that perfect woman or men (the accent of a true blue blood) have.
Wear the clothes that royal people would wear, do everything that they do. Just think like them and become one of them.
Change your name in something like Elizabeth, Philip or one of those fancy names. Find somebody who can change you I.D, who can make you a family member of the family of the Queen.
Sent a letter to her and write her that you are some far family member and that everybody died and that you are totally alone and that you need family (take a picture of your I.D and put it with the letter so that she can’t ignore you and the fact that you two are family)

Accept the invitation to come live with the royal family and drink a nice cup of tea.

Get into the palace, and of course: get into her bedroom, finally!

These days there are a lot of songs about love, but you got differed love songs.

Here are five of my favourites.

I like this song because he has such peaceful voice.

The lyrics are beautiful too. Why? Because for me it’s about loving somebody that you just learn know, and it’s all new. You think about her/ him all day long. What you feel is something new, and you don’t know of it is good or bad. But you’re in love.

This song is about adultery. It’s not a very nice thing if you experience it yourself.

But with this it sounds so nice! You only see the romance and you feel the tension of the deception. It’s maybe because the music of the song brings you in a special atmosphere.

Me. and Mrs. Jones – Michael Bublé

I just love Michael Bublé and this version of the song. A song about pure romance in my opinion. Just the idea of a couple that every day meets in a café at the same time. And then every day they go back to there own ‘world’ because it's forbidden that they see each other. That’s what I like about this song, and of course the voice of Michael Bublé.

A typical girls song! It’s about three friends who see that the relationship of there best friend not really good is. And that she suffers. But she is blind, she just loves the guy and she needs her friends to help her make a decision. This is a song about two sorts of love. One love for friends and two: blind love.

Keep your head up – Ben Howard

This is a song about a break up. That you have to be strong and keep your heart strong. And you have to be strong for your self so that you don’t lose your self in the pain. I love this song because Ben Howard has a strong natural voice, and when he sings it's sounds familiar.

Happily Ever After

Hi, I rewrote the end of the fairytale: ‘The Girl With The Matchstick. I have chosen this story because it is a very emotional and sad story. But I wanted to give it more passion.

The girl kindles the last matchstick.

Suddenly it’s dark, she only sees one little sparkle. She doesn’t know what it is but she fallows the light and suddenly she sees herself lying on the floor. She doesn’t really know what her eyes see and what they are trying to tell her?

Around her body there are a lot of people, people she doesn’t even know. But she realizes that she never had seen a lot of people. Only that guy who always bought one of her matchsticks.

She wants’ to run, and shout to them, but she can’t do anything. It felt like her feet were melted in the ground, she couldn’t move them. Instead of shouting, she cries. Her tiers make the ground melt under her feet and she could move.

Ad first she didn’t knew, if she really wanted to see what was happening there. She was scared of herself. But she knew that she had to take a look, if she wanted to go further with her life. Or even wake up from the dream.

She saw her body lying, ad first she thought that she was just sleeping but when she didn’t saw the little breath clouds coming out of her mouth, she realizes that she wasn’t any longer the girl who was lying there on the ground. She couldn’t believe it! She kicked the girl. ‘Wake Up!’ But the girl didn’t response. ‘Wake Up, please wake up!’ She took off her coat and laid it on the girl. But she couldn’t do anything more. She was dead. Frozen. Her shoes were even stolen. The girl started to cry. She thought that her tears would make to girl back to life. But she was wrong. 

At curtain moment the girl feels a hand on her shoulder. The girl is scared, she thinks it’s god or maybe even the devil because she can’t pay a place in heaven. A place in heaven is very expensive. But she doesn’t want to go to the underworld. Yes, she wouldn’t be cold anymore but she hated the color red. So the girl had two choices; the first was just run away as fast as she can. The second was, dealing with her terror and see god in the eyes. She turns here head and can’t believe what she sees. At first she thought it was an airplane, but that wasn’t it. Maybe it is a bird? But that wasn’t it either. She wasn’t sure but it was her big and great grandmother! It was her hero. The only person who had ever made her feel like she was special! Not the pore girl who every body hated and not even gets an eyewink. Even when she got one from the people, its one full of ignoration and they saw her like junk. When she looks in her grandmothers eyes its nothing more then pure joy and love.

It was a miracle, and the girl lighted up. It wasn’t any longer the matchstick that was burning! She was so happy. The girl was on fire. She never had felt like this. It was like a phoenix was flying in her chest. She could handle the world now and the cold.

The grandmother pointed to heaven and gave the girl a sign. It was time. The girl didn’t get the sign. She didn’t want to go. Her grandmother had to stay, here with her

But that story wasn’t possible. The girl didn’t know what to do. She was so happy, why would she leave? Okay she wasn’t rich and she didn’t have the live she always wanted it. But she has love now. But the grandmother couldn’t stay.

The only solution was to go with her. She would have the love and the warmth.

She decided to go with her grandmother to heaven. ‘You made the best decision’ said her grandmother. ‘Why?’ said the girl. The grandmother explains that the girl on the floor her future was if she hadn’t come along. So if she had stayed she would now be dead. Frozen and nobody would minted it. Nobody would miss her. Not even her grandmother because she had the chance to go with her and didn’t take that chance.

The girl had no words. She was to happy, but at the same time very sad because she knows that she is dead.

Her grandmother gives her a big hug and made her feel back alive. To getter they look to the living ones below theme. The girl with the matchsticks is gone but nobody sees it. It is like she was invisible. Only the guy who always bought one of her matchsticks, goes every morning to the place looks were she always sat. He says something and then he lays a matchstick on the place. Then he leaves.

The girl lived long and happily ever after in heaven with her grandmother.

2012 Reflections

Happy 2013 everybody! 

As you all know in a new year you make resolutions and you look back on your past year. So I’m going to do this too. If I’m looking back to my past year it wasn’t a bad year but not so special as I wanted. Of course everybody wants to have a year that they can remember for all the good things that’s happened.  The only thing that I can remember is that I got to my first audition. I never did something that was so nerve-racking! I was so scared that I thought I wouldn’t get trough. That they would break me down, and all sort of things that you see on the television. But of course, my live isn’t a movie. When the audition is done, your thinking on all the thing that you had to do different. Then are you waiting on an email, hoping that you weren't so bad as you thought you were. And then you read the words: YOU ARE TROUGHT THE AUDITION! That was my best moment in 2012, I was so happy!

My live is maybe not a movie but the best movie I saw was magic mike, maybe it’s not the best movie of 2012 but he was certainly very entertaining.  Of course it’s a little bet because of the cast of the movie: Channing Tatum, Alex Pettyfer, Matthew McConaughey,… The movie was perfect for girls of mine age and of course for others too. Beautiful guys, with I killer body who are dancing, for what can I girl ask more? This year I am going to make my resolutions true, not like past year! I’m going to lose weight, and this year I’m going to complete it.   

The Year in Photos

I chose this picture because I like the idea so much, a room were it rains. That is so incredible cool!  When I see rain I always think about the bad things, but here you get the bright side of rain. You see a woman that seems to be alone but that's not at all. The rain looks not as rain, when I see this I think of little lights or maybe even fireflies. I saw this picture and thought: this would be great on a theatre show, maybe something I’m going to remember!

The Elections

This is a question that many people are concerned with this weeks.
I hope it's going to be Obama, and I think he will do so. He's just better then Romney.
Obama is a real persone, and not just the president. I don't know him personally but every time I see him on television I say to my self:  'he's such a sympathic man'.
If a see Romney, I always say: 'get that man of my television!' He hasn't got the sparkel. If you see him speech or just walk... everything he does, is fake! There's nothing real about than man.

Obama brings new things to the U.S. (He wants free healthcare for everybody, defends abortion and homosexuality, ended the war in Araq). Romney is just the new Bush but with an other face. But a lot of the Americans are too stupid to pick a good president, so they vote for Romney.

Obama has such a great smile and a wonderfull wife (that you see as the mother of the U.S.).
An other thing I like about Obama is that he can laugh with himself. 
His is not ashamed about himself. Altough he's 51 years of age, he's not old! You can see it for yourself in this clip.

Dance

I saw this beautiful picture in the videoclip Fitzpleasure of the group alt-J.
We are using on of the songs of this band in are dance for school.
A friend of mine had this song for the beginning of the dans and it was so great.
The music and the dance compare with each other is amazing.
So a was looking on youtube for the song and what I saw was a other song with this picture in the clip.
It gave me directly a idea for a other dance.
You know, you can love somebody so much that you are attached to it. You are (like they say sometimes) one.
You wanna life on your self, but you just can't because the other has your breath, your body, your soul.
The only thing you can do is cut the ropes and just run.
